Top Chef is cooking up high-stakes competition in Wisconsin according to a new trailer, which you can check out above.
Season 21 of the hit unscripted show — taking place in Milwaukee and Madison, and wrapping with the finale on the cruise line Holland America Line — will premiere Wednesday, March 20 on Bravo; weekly episodes will stream the next day on Peacock.

Season 10 winner Kristen Kish will step in as host following Padma Lakshmi’s departure, and Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons are set to return to the judges’ table.
For the first time ever, contestants will have the chance to win a cash prize for each Quickfire Challenge, and things will heat up in the back half of the season when Colicchio and Simmons lend their expertise during these challenges. Plus, winners of the Elimination Challenge will secure immunity for the next episode.
Fans can also expect to see a number of Top Chef vets drop in this season, including Sara Bradley, Joe Flamm, Jeremy Ford, Gregory Gourdet, Stephanie Izard, Carla Hall, Ed Lee, Mei Lin, Buddha Lo, Kwame Onwuachi, Shota Najikama, Amar Santana, Justin Sutherland and Bryan Voltaggio.

The psychological thriller centers on Laz (Claflin), who returns home following his father’s (Nighy) suicide and starts having disturbing experiences that can’t be explained. He is then pulled into a series of cold-case murders while grappling with both his father’s death and his sister’s murder 25 years ago.
* Max has renewed Jason Momoa’s travel series On the Roam for Season 2; the final two Season 1 episodes will stream Thursday, Feb. 8.
* National Geographic today revealed the breathtaking new trailer for the female-led docu-series QUEENS, premiering March 4 on National Geographic and streaming on Disney+ and Hulu the next day. Set to Billie Eilish’s hit electropop track “you should see me in a crown,” the trailer introduces viewers to six iconic worlds ruled by the fierce and formidable matriarchs of the animal QUEENdom; Angela Bassett narrates the series.
