Yahoo News Twitter goes down temporarily, and hell is unleashed
Alright everyone, there's no need to panic, but the place we all go to when we complain about things going down just went down.
Twitter was there for us to vent when Facebook went down, when Snapchat was cut off, and when we were left without WhatsApp for a time, but tonight (January 18) it was Twitter's turn to take an unscheduled break and send everyone (in the UK at least) into a complete and utter panic.
And that, of course, meant no one had anywhere to go to talk about it. Et tu, Twitter?
Oh wait, never mind... Twitter's back up again now, so here's how everyone reacted to the first Great Outage of 2018:
