Two BMWs stolen from driveway among latest crime list for Gloucestershire

Car and warehouse break-ins reported to police this week

Two BMW cars were stolen from the driveway of a house near Tewkesbury early on Friday (June 7). It happened in the hamlet of Pamington after keys were taken from inside the house.

A number of car break-ins have also been reported to Gloucestershire Police this week. The details of these incidents can be found on the You Community Alerts Gloucestershire website page, along with other crimes which have been reported to the police.

One of the community alerts is ask for witnesses to come forward after a man was shouting and making threats to a woman. Another report has warned the public about letting people who are claiming to be tradesmen into your home without them showing identification, as one individual did not ask for ID and a mobile phone went missing.

Pamington, near Tewkesbury: Two BMW cars were stolen from the driveway using the car keys that were found inside the house. This occurred between midnight and 0715 on the 7th June. If you have any information in relation to the crime. Incident 71 of the June 7 2024.

Stoke Road in Bishop's Cleeve: A silver Kia car was entered in Stoke Road in Bishops Cleeve. A rucksack containing money and an oxygen machine was stolen. This occurred between 11am on the June 5 and 8am on June 6. Incident 148 of June 6, 2024. Please do not leave valuable items in your car.

Pamington near Tewkesbury: A burglary was reported at Pamington near Tewkesbury. Two BMW cars were stolen from the driveway using the car keys that were found inside the house.

This occurred between midnight and 7.15am on June 7th. If you have any information in relation to the crime please quote Incident 71 of June 7, 2024.

Whitecroft in Lydney: A number of storage units were broken into in Whitecroft in Lydney, A quantity of tools were stolen. This was reported at 3.46pm on June 6. Anyone with any information please quote Incident 311 of the June 6, 2024.

Granbrook Lane, Mickleton: Incident number 0210 of June 5, 2024. Front and rear number plates stolen from a van between 3.30pm on June 4, 2024 and 1.30pm on June 05,2024.

Dovers View, Weston sub Edge: Incident number 0068 of June 5, 2024. Overnight offenders have entered the back garden of a property and the snapped the lock of the utility room to gain access and steal a bike after cutting the lock that was securing it.

Charlton Road, Tetbury: Incident number 0235 of June 3, 2024. A male reporting to be a plumper has entered the callers address and it is believed that he has taken a mobile phone. The male had no ID, worn black clothes and had no tools.

Cricklade Street, Cirencester: We're appealing for witnesses and further victims to come forward following an incident in Cricklade Street, Cirencester on Sunday, June 2. Police were called to the street at around 2.30pm with a report that a man was approaching women in an aggressive manner and was shouting at them and making threats.

Officers attended and a 38-year-old man from Somerset was arrested in connection with the incident. He has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue. Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened or anyone who was shouted at or threatened by the man.
