Two car crash at Nuneaton roundabout where no traffic lights are working
Every traffic light is out on a busy roundabout in Nuneaton. As a result, there has been a collision near to Coton Arches.
The two car collision has taken place on Chilvers Rise, which runs onto the roundabout, which is officially known as the 'Hamburger island'. Fortunately, no one was injured.
However, none of the traffic lights have been fixed. They have not been working for more than five hours.

Warwickshire County council, which is responsible for highways, has confirmed to Coventry Live that they are aware of the issue.
A spokesperson said that an engineer has been called but they are yet to be on site. However, because of the collision, police are now dealing with traffic.
At the time of publication no time frame has been given as to when the lights are due to be fixed nor when they will be back up and working.
Motorists are being advised to approach the island with care.
