Two Coventry drivers reported for 'failing to hold UK driving licence'
Two Coventry drivers have been reported for 'failing to hold a UK driving licence.' Police swooped on the duo yesterday evening (Saturday, September 14).
Officers were out patrolling Foleshill Road when they spotted a Volkswagen Golf and a Nissan Micra. Checks revealed that the vehicles were uninsured and untaxed.
Both of the drivers, who have not been named, were also found not to hold full UK driving licences, Henley and Longford Police said on X. Officers reported the duo and their vehicles were seized.

A spokesman for Henley and Longford Police said on Saturday: “Officers were on patrol on Foleshill Road conducting traffic checks this evening (September 14). Two vehicles were seized for no insurance and no tax.
“Both drivers also did not have full UK driving licences and have been reported for the above traffic offences.”
