Two cyclists jump red light in front of police in Surrey

Two cyclists have been filmed jumping a red light right in front of police in Surrey. The pair were issued with fixed penalty notices by officers following their actions.

In the footage, the cyclists can be seen crossing in front of a junction in Epsom as the police sit at a 'give way' sign. The police car then follows them onto the main road.

As the cyclists approach the pelican crossing lights - which are green - they change to amber and then red, as another cyclist has pressed to cross. The two initial cyclists neither slow nor stop, continuing through the crossing despite the red light.
