Detectives investigating the disappearance of a 71-year-old woman have charged two men with her murder.

Louise Kam was last seen seven days ago near Spires Shopping Centre in Barnet, north London.

Mohamed El Abboud, 26, and Kusai Al-jundi, 23, have both been charged with her murder.

El Abboud, from Barnet, and Al-jundi, from Harrow, north west London, are due to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

Louise was last seen by a family member about 12.30pm on July 26.

The pensioner had been driving a black BMW 3 Series convertible and is believed to have driven from Borehamwood to Barnet before making her way to the area of Willesden High Road that afternoon.

Police said last week Louise’s disappearance was “entirely out of character”.
