Two Teenagers Arrested In Manslaughter Probe

Police have arrested two teenagers on suspicion of manslaughter after a 14-year-old boy died in an incident believed to involve a firearm.

Officers were called to an address in Thurston, Suffolk, this afternoon where paramedics were treating a boy suffering life-threatening injuries.

The boy was taken to West Suffolk Hospital in a critical condition. He later died.

A spokesman for Suffolk Constabulary said: "At this early stage, police believe there was a discharge of a firearm and are investigating the circumstances around the incident.

"Police have arrested two teenage boys on suspicion of manslaughter, and they have been taken to Bury police investigation centre for questioning."
