Connollys of Moy Tyrone SFC: Errigal Ciaran 2-9 Clonoe 2-9; Trillick 1-8 Ardboe 0-9

All four of the Tyrone SFC quarter-final ties went to the wire and two replays will be needed next week to determine one semi-final pairing.

Dara Hayes plundered a last-gasp goal to give Killyclogher a second chance against Carrickmore and the winners of that tie will face either Errigal Ciaran or Clonoe.

The 2022 county champions were hot favourites to book their place in the last four, but Kevin Madden’s men claimed a draw thanks to a Ryan Quinn point in stoppage-time.

The sides were level at 1-4 all at half-time after Errigal recovered from a slow start with Clonoe scoring the first three points of the contest.

Odhran Robinson’s goal gave his side the advantage approaching half-time, but Clonoe were awarded a penalty for a foul on Declan McClure and Conor McAliskey converted as the sides were tied at the break.

Robinson’s second goal restored Errigal’s three-point lead on the restart, but the O’Rahilly’s levelled once more through substitute Pascal McClure.

A rally of three unanswered points from Ciaran McGinley, Darragh Canavan and Ben McDonnell had Enda McGinley’s men in the driving seat once more.

Yet, Clonoe stuck to their task gamely with Quinn scoring their final two points of the game as they salvaged a replay. With the Killyclogher versus Carrickmore replay set for Thursday night and the JFC semi-final scheduled for Friday, Errigal and Clonoe are likely to be back in action next Saturday.

Trillick will take on Dungannon in the semi-finals in what is a repeat of the 2020 decider, which the Clarke’s won on penalties.

Paul Donaghy scored 0-6 as Dungannon edged out Loughmacrory at Pomeroy on Saturday afternoon.

A 1-3 salvo from Tyrone U20 star Eoin McElholm looked set to propel St Teresa’s to their first ever senior semi-final, but Conor McKee fisted home a home in stoppage-time to give Dungannon a 1-13 to 2-9 win.

Holders Trillick also had to come from behind as they defeated Ardboe 1-8 to 0-9 in Carrickmore on Sunday with Mattie Donnelly scoring the game’s only goal.
