MOSCOW (Reuters) - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland is meeting Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov in the Russian Baltic territory of Kaliningrad on Friday, the RIA news agency quoted Russia's foreign ministry as saying.
