With the battle for the top four in the Premier League as tight as ever, those teams making it through to the latter stages in the Europa League will perhaps start to shift focus towards Europe as the season draws on.

The Europa League winners are afforded a spot in next season’s Champions League, meaning the competition can act as a safety net should the likes of Arsenal or Chelsea miss out on the top four this season.

With the two London clubs having already secured top spot in their respective groups, a supposedly easier draw lies in wait for the round of 32.
