LONDON (Reuters) - The British government will hold a meeting of its COBRA emergency response committee at 1300 GMT to discuss an incident in which a man drove a car into security barriers outside parliament and injured at least two people on Tuesday, officials said.

London's Metropolitan Police said the incident was being treated as terrorism. The driver of the car, a man in his late 20s, was arrested at the scene.
