Ukrainian forces struck Russian military vehicles in Kharkiv Oblast near the Ukraine-Russia border.Video posted by the 40th Separate Artillery Brigade shows vehicles driving from the village of Ternova, south of Kharkiv city. The video shows strikes on the vehicles, which the military said were trying to escape. The video appears to have been sped up in some places and slowed down in others.The 40th SAB is typically based in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv.The brigade said it struck a Russian self-propelled howitzer vehicle.
