'Unbelievable opportunity' to take on Llandudno nightclub

Llandudno's Broadway Boulevard nightclub is up grabs after being placed on the market. The site is up for let - with a search underway for a new operator.

It is available to let for £100,000 a year with St Davids Commercial. Commercial agent Colin Flannigan described it as an "unbelievable opportunity".

He added: "This is a busy nightclub in a Grade II Listed building.

"It is 10,000 sq ft and is fully fitted and equipped. The rental is £100,000 per annum with offers invited."

The venue first opened as The Grand Theatre in 1901, and boasts an illustrious history. The listed building was a traditional theatre and was home to a full-time orchestra in the 1920s, and in the Second World War the popular radio show 'It’s That Man Again' was broadcast from the venue.

The curtain fell for the final time in the 1980s before the site was transformed into a nightclub - initially called Revivals. It was later renamed Broadway Boulevard but closed in 2013 before reopening in 2016.

North Wales Live reported in 2022 that the One47 group had taken over the business. Now it is up for let - giving a new operator a chance to come in.
