Universal has long attracted horror lovers with its popular annual event Halloween Horror Nights.
In total, the park will offer over 50 attractions, entertainment and dining options and shopping experiences to choose from.
Universal Orlando Resort first teased the new theme park in August 2019 with a post on X (formerly Twitter) that read, “This is kind of a big deal,” alongside a promo photo. A week later, it revealed the official name of the park and concept art in a press conference.
Epic Universe will be the fourth theme park to join the resort’s Universal Studios (the original park), Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay Water Park.
