An unlimited wine tasting fest is taking place in London tomorrow

It’s for two nights only. It’s all in virtual reality. And it’s offering the best Argentine wines and food to the great folk of Londonium this week.

Promising to take wine tasting to the next level, the South American-inspired soiree lit by fairy lights invites guests on a journey through a virtual vineyard where tipplers can discover a whole new world of wines – 140 of them, to be precise. And the best thing is, tastings are unlimited.

The organisers say that the virtual part is a 'little surreal and slightly twisted', so that should be enough to persuade you to take a punt on the experience.

If that’s not enough, there’s also a food tasting menu from Argentine chef, Lucas Bustos. Dubbed the ‘hero’ dishes, each spread is inspired by the most iconic wine-making regions in Argentina: Buenos Aires, Salta, Patagonia and Mendoza.

It’s not all booze and food, though. Your imminent hangover continues into the night with Guille Bones, DJ to the Chiltern Firehouse and Soho House. Expect lots of Latin flair, funk, soul and disco dropping on the dance floor.

Barullo takes places at Victoria House Basement on October 19-20, Bloomsbury Square WC1B 4DA. Tickets cost £29 per person and can be booked here.
