Unseasonable Wet Snow Impacts Parts of Western Nebraska
Wet snow fell in the Nebraska panhandle, as well as southwestern and west-central parts of the state on Monday, May 2.
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a winter weather advisory for the region until 5 pm, and said snow accumulations could reach up to 3 inches.
The NWS warned of dangerous driving conditions and reduced visibility due to heavy snowfall.
