Upstate New York Buried in Snow as Nor'easter Moves In

Heavy snow blanketed parts of upstate New York on Tuesday, March 14, as a nor’easter was forecast to affect the region into Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service, travel would be “dangerous to impossible” throughout the storm, and power outages were possible.
