Upward Lightning Forks Over Manhattan Skyline

Multiple lightning strikes were seen shooting across the Manhattan skyline, amid a severe thunderstorm advisory issued across several regions in the north east by the National Weather Service (NWS).

Video recorded by Susan Bardissi shows a series of lightning strikes spidering across the city skyline.
