Urgent 999 warning as police search for violent Yorkshire man with 'lips' and 'snoddy' nicknames
A violent Yorkshire criminal with a neck tattoo and a couple of nicknames is wanted on a recall to prison - police have asked anyone who sees him to call 999 immediately.
Andrew Houghton, 33, also known as 'lips' and 'snoddy' is known to frequent the Sunnyside and Wickersley areas of Rotherham. He was jailed for seriously assaulting a dog walker in 2021.
South Yorkshire Police believe he is clean shaven, slim, white man with short brown hair. He is around 6ft tall and has a number of prominent tattoos, including the name 'Andy' on his neck and the letters 'KTM' on his leg.

A force spokesperson said: "If you see him, do not approach him, but instead call 999. If you have any information about where he could be, report to us online or by calling 101."
