Urgent appeal to find missing man who 'may have boarded a bus'

Police have launched an appeal to find a missing man from Blackpool who 'may have boarded a bus'.

Officers said Timothy Palin, 28, has been in the Penrith area of Cumbria in recent days. He was last seen in the vicinity of Penrith train station at 12.49pm on Tuesday (February 4) and may have boarded a bus to Workington.

Timothy is described as being 5ft 10ins tall of large build and with short hair. He has a number of tattoos, including a crown on his face, and He was last seen wearing a black top and black trousers.

In a statement issued last night, Cumbria Police said: "Have you seen missing Timothy Palin? Tim is 28-years-old and from Blackpool.

"However, he has been in Cumbria, in the Penrith area, in recent days. He was last seen in the vicinity of Penrith train station at 12.49pm today (Feb 4) and may have boarded a bus to Workington.

"He is described as of large build with short hair and around 5ft 10ins tall. He was last seen wearing a black top and black trousers.

"He has a number of tattoos including a crown on his face. Anyone who sees Tim or who has information which may assist is asked to contact police.
