Found: Urgent police appeal to find vulnerable missing Kent man

Update: This person has been found. Kent Police said: "A man reported missing from Margate on Friday 31 January has been found safe and well. Our officers would like to thank everyone who assisted with the search."

Members of the public were urged to call 999 if they saw a vulnerable missing man from Margate. The 49-year-old was last seen in the Cliftonville area at around 11.30am on Friday, January 31.

He is described as being around 5ft 8in tall and when last seen, he was wearing blue protective headwear, a black bomber jacket over a light grey hooded top, beige cargo trousers and white trainers. It is believed that he may have travelled to north Kent, Sevenoaks or London.
