Urgent search launched as Glasgow man vanishes after leaving home for local shop
Glasgow police are appealing to the public in a bid to trace a missing 63-year-old man.
William Stout was last in contact with his family at around 9.30am on Sunday, January 19, when he left his home in Kings Park, Glasgow, to go to a local shop.
The 63-year-old - who is frequent in the Possilpark, Rutherglen and Kings Park areas - is described as 5ft 10inches tall and of a stocky build with grey hair. When he was last seen he was wearing black clothing and a black beanie hat.

Officers have carried out a number of searches and iiquiries but are now appealing to the public for help.
Inspector Alex Marshall said: “William is known to frequent the Possilpark, Rutherglen and Kings Park areas. We are carrying out a number of searches and enquiries in and around these areas to trace him as soon as possible to ensure that he is safe and well.
“We are concerned for his safety and wellbeing. We urge anyone who has seen William or who has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact Police Scotland through 101 quoting incident number 1413 of 19 January.”
