Essex Police have sent out an appeal in the hopes of finding a 15-year old boy who has been missing from his home for six days. Lelan Sanders, from Galleywood, went missing last week.

Lelan, who also uses the name "Ash", was last in contact with his family by phone on Wednesday November 13, and was believed to be in Liverpool. Officers have carried out an extensive search for Lelan since he was reported missing the following day (Thursday November 14).

He is about 6ft 2in tall, with shoulder-length brown hair. He is last known to be wearing a black coat, black baggy jeans, black and white trainers.

He was also carrying a small black cross-body bag and a black rucksack. Lelan has connection to Chelmsford and Liverpool, and we believe may be travelling by train.

Essex Police said: "He’s gone missing from his home in Galleywood and we want to make sure he’s safe as soon as possible. If you have any information that will help us locate Lelan, please contact us quoting incident 236 of Thursday November 14."
