Urgent search for missing Nottinghamshire woman as police say they are concerned for her safety

Police have launched an urgent appeal to help find a missing Nottinghamshire woman who was reported missing on Friday (January 17) evening. Officers are concerned for the safety of missing Rebecca who was last seen in the Bircotes area, in the north of the county, at around 10pm.

She is described as 5ft 11ins tall, of slim build with shoulder length black hair. She was also wearing all-black clothing aside from a pair of white Nike trainers. A spokesperson for the force said: "Have you seen missing Rebecca?

"We are concerned for her safety and urgently want to hear from anyone who has seen her. Rebecca was reported missing from the Bircotes area having last been seen on Friday at around 10pm.

"Rebecca is described as 5ft 11ins tall, slim build with shoulder length black hair. Rebecca was last seen wearing all black clothing, a black coat with fur hood and white Nike trainers." Anyone with information is asked to get in touch with Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 823 of January 17.
