Season two of This Is Us is shaping up to be a pretty big one, collecting guest stars along the way as it nears its premiere date.
Season one guest star Ron Howard is back for a second go and because he's such a busy chap these days, the show must come to him.
Ron is currently sitting pretty in the director's chair in the Han Solo spinoff movie and so shooting for This Is Us will take place in London around his schedule.
The series stars Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz and Justin Hartley as adult siblings each struggling with their own inner-turmoil.
However, in a rather unique twist, This Is Us is also told concurrently during the children's childhood through the eyes of their parents (Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore).
The Emmy-nominated series even recently aged-up Mandy Moore so she could play Rebecca Pearson in both the flashbacks and the present-day narratives.
So as well as Ron Howard, Sylvester Stallone and Brian Grazer will also be guest starring in the upcoming season, which has also promised some answers on Jack's death with the first episode having a "first giant piece of the puzzle that will set the internet abuzz".
However, it's not all great news, as the series just lost one of its Emmy nominations over a "miscalculation".
This Is Us returns to NBC in the US on September 26. Channel 4 airs the show in the UK.
