US Flag Unfurled at Pentagon to Mark 20th Anniversary of 9/11 Attacks

The US flag was unfurled at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, at sunrise on September 11, in commemoration of the 20-year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

In a video statement, President Joe Biden called for national unity, saying “in the battle for the soul of America, unity is our greatest strength.”

The flag unfurling was followed by ceremonies in New York City, with President Biden in attendance along with former presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. Credit: DVIDS via Storyful
