Van 'deliberately rammed vehicles' on A2 near Gravesend
A van is reported to have deliberately rammed other vehicles on the A2 near Gravesend. Police have issued an appeal for witnesses following the incident which is said to have occurred on Tuesday, September 17.
Kent Police was called at 9.50am to allegations the van had collided with other drivers on the London-bound carriageway, near the junction for Gravesend Central. The incident involved a white Ford Transit Connect van, which police said then continued onto the M25.
Officers attended and a 38-year-old man from Rochester was arrested near the Dartford River Crossing. The vehicle was seized and the suspect is currently bailed, pending further enquiries.
