Van driver fined after causing collision while using phone

Mark Loughlin, 50, has been fined £482 at Bath Magistrates' Court, and given nine points on his driving licence, after causing a collision while using his phone. The van driver collided with a Range Rover in September 2020, while attempting to connect the phone to his Bluetooth hands-free kit. A woman in her 60s was injured and taken to hospital.
