Vanessa Hudgens' Pro Breaks Down Her Wedding Day Hair: 'The Most Beautiful Bride'
The actress married MLB player Cole Tucker in Tulum, Mexico, on Dec. 2
Vanessa Hudgens’ hair stylist is breaking down the star’s sleek wedding day look.
In a new TikTok, pro Danielle Priano walked through how she crafted Hudgens’ elegant style for her private wedding to Cole Tucker, 27.
Priano created a smooth and shiny bun for Hudgens, 34, who she called “the most beautiful bride in the world.” She used a lineup of Redken products to achieve the look.
She started by washing Hudgens’ hair with the Acidic Color Gloss Shampoo, Glass Gloss Treatment and Color Gloss Conditioner. Hudgens is shown leaning over a “stunning jungle sink,” rinsing beneath a faucet that resembles a tentacle.
She then sprayed the hair with the Color Gloss Heat Protection Treatment and Redken Spray Smooth, which helped add a glossy finish to Hudgens hair. After blow-drying the actress’ hair with a round brush, she flat ironed it to ensure a super smooth texture.
She sectioned the hair, pulled it back with the Max Sculpting Gel and Brushable Hairspray and shaped a perfectly round bun. Finally, she secured the look with the Control Hairspray.

Hudgens is shown wearing pearl-like hair accessories beneath her bun and a long veil that sat on top of the style, which featured custom embroidery that read “Mrs. T December 2nd, 2023.”
The actress paired the sophisticated hairstyle with a Vera Wang wedding dress that she called “sleek, modern, and sexy.” She also wore a sheer cape with her gown.
“I love the whole ethereal bohemian vibe—that will always be a part of me, but I didn’t want it to be the main thing,” Hudgens explained in an interview with Vogue.

The High School Musical alum married Tucker in Tulum, Mexico at the Azulik Hotel. Hudgens told Vogue that the ceremony took place at the Azulik City of Arts museum, which was 45 minutes into the jungle.
“I knew that it was our place,” Hudgens told the outlet. “I felt like I was transported to some kind of utopia, unlike anything I had ever been to before. It was whimsical and magical, and I just fell in love.”
The actress called the private wedding weekend “the most magical weekend of my life.”
Hudgens and Tucker first sparked romance rumors in November 2020, and announced their engagement this year on Feb. 9.
