Vicky Pattison gets Greggs to cater wedding reception after London ceremony

She might not have got married on home turf, but Vicky Pattison brought a flavour of Newcastle to her wedding celebrations at the weekend, by getting Greggs to cater the reception.

Ahead of the couple jetting off to Puglia in Italy for their dream wedding next month, Geordie star Vicky and now husband Ercan were married at Marylebone Town Hall on Saturday, August 24; a venue that has previously seen the likes of Paul McCartney, Liam Gallagher and Hollywood A-listers Antonia Banderas and Melanie Griffith walk down its aisle.

Guests in attendance at the wedding included Vicky's mam and dad and TOWIE stars Pete Wicks and Mario Falcone and, after covering the newlyweds in confetti as they made their first appearance as husband and wife, family and friends headed off to a reception and were greeted by the sight of a personalised Greggs food truck.

In the lead up to the wedding, Vicky often referred to herself and other half Ercan as the 'Patti-Rams' and, taking inspiration from that, the Greggs pop-up was adorned with the words 'Pasty-Rams'

As well as having a food truck designed in their honour, Greggs also served the baked goods in personalised bags for the occasion, with some reading 'He Loves Her More than Steak Bakes' and others carrying the words 'She Loves Him More Than Cheese and Onion Bakes.'

Guests at the reception could choose from three different treats, with steak bakes, cheese and onion pasties and sausage rolls all on the menu and served with a Limoncello Spritz cocktail.

Sharing photos of the pop-up on her Instagram, Vicky wrote: "Meet the PASTY-RAMS.... I mean Patti-Rams. Being a proud geordie girl, there was only one option for who would cater our wedding... the one and only @greggs_official. The Greggs van was the most amazing surprise for our guests and we LOVED IT!!! Thankyou so much for making our wedding fun and a night EVERYONE will remember."
