Victoria Beckham 'doesn't regret' any Spice Girls outfits because they 'made her who she is'

Victoria Beckham has said she “doesn’t regret” some of the outrageous Spice Girls outfits she wore because “they made her who she is”.

The fashion designer deemed some of her girlband outfits – which included black catsuits and psychedelic print minidresses – as “part of her journey” but admits her style has changed considerably since then.

“Have you seen some of the Spice Girls outfits?! Some looks have been quite bold,” Beckham told Grazia UK.

“But they're part of my journey and what's made me who I am today, so I don't regret them. Life's too short to regret outfit choices!”

Beckham chose not to revisit her Spice Girls days when the band reformed last year ahead of a short reunion tour. She said she had “hung up her microphone” before sending her best to Emma Bunton, Geri Horner, Mel B and Mel C ahead of the stadium tour.

Beckham also told the publication how her style is now “things that make her comfortable” and that she wants to reflect “confidence” in her own brand.

The 44-year-old said: “My style has changed a lot over the years and now I choose pieces that make my life simpler, things that are easy to wear and practical.

“'[The secret to a great dress is] confidence! If you look good, you feel good. I want women who wear my pieces to feel like the best version of themselves.”

Beckham is celebrating 20 years of marriage to footballer husband David this July. The pair have four kids together – Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14 and Harper, seven.

Earlier this year, Beckham opened up about her marriage as she gushed over finding her “soulmate” in the former Manchester United ace.

“I’m really lucky,” she said. “With David I really found my soulmate. He’s a great husband [and] a fantastic dad.”

But the star also confessed they plan to keep their milestone anniversary celebrations “low key” when the big day arrives in July.

“I don’t think [we’ll do anything big]. We’ll probably just celebrate with the kids,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
