Victoria Beckham is hitting back at the headlines that plagued her after welcoming son Brooklyn.

In her husband David Beckham's new docuseries Beckham, the fashion designer and former Spice Girl, 49, opened up about how she felt when seeing the headlines after giving birth to her oldest son.

"Did you like shoot darts at it?" an interviewer asks David, 48, about the infamous "Too Posh to Push" headline. "No. I framed it," he responds.

The scene switches to a confessional with Victoria, who adds her perspective. "In the end, they told me that I had to have a Caesarean section," she says. "And I remember the headlines. 'Too Posh to Push.'"

"I wasn't too posh to push, I was told it would not be safe for me to be put into labor."

In a separate confessional, David reflects on welcoming Brooklyn. "It's the most amazing thing. My first child," he says.

"Someone came up to us and said, 'David you should go out and announce that baby has been born, name, weight, Victoria's doing fine.'"

The scene then switches back to Victoria, who says, "I'd had an epidural and I remember him leaning over as I was lying there in the hospital, numb from the waist down."

"And I was like, 'Can you do my hair?' " David laughs. "Which I'm not sure she was over the moon about."

Victoria and David share four kids together — Harper, 12, Cruz, 18, Romeo, 21, and Brooklyn, 24.

The entire Beckham family got together in celebration of their patriarch's docuseries premiere, posing together on the red carpet. In the group photo, David and Victoria pose together in the center, with Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham to Victoria's left.
