Victoria Beckham shares throwback snap as she announces working from home plans

Victoria Beckham has announced she's among one of the many thousands of people now working from home in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

The fashion designer made the revelation through an Instagram post, sharing a throwback of herself poised to type in front of a now-dated desktop.

She wrote: "#TeamVB is WFH. And for those of us with kids we are also all working around a classroom schedule.

"Keep smiling! For as long as this is our new normal we will make it positive x (All technology accepted!!!!!) xxxx VB."

The mother-of-four launched her eponymous label back in 2008 and has cemented the brand within the fashion world in the years since.

However, last year losses deepened for the company which has not made a profit since it was formed.

The former Spice Girl isn't the only celebrity who's taken to working from the comfort of their own home, with Amanda Holden now hosting her Heart Breakfast radio show in her pyjamas.

Although, it hasn't come without difficulty as she ended up being interrupted by her pet dog Rudie during Monday's programme as he interrupted her discussion with co-host Jamie Theakston by barking.

The Britain's Got Talent judge told her listeners that the pooch would not "leave her side" while she was broadcasting.

Theakston observed: “This is one of the joys of all this working from home, you find out a lot more about people’s family life.”
