New Video Shows Extreme Close-Up of Pluto

NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft provided an unprecedented close-up view of the surface of Pluto during its July 14, 2015, fly-by. The mosaic strip has a resolution of about 260 feet per pixel and was recorded by the spacecraft’s Long Range Reconnaissance Imager at nearly 10,000 miles from Pluto’s surface.
