Activists Mark First Anniversary of Umbrella Movement

Protesters marched in Hong Kong’s Admiralty on Monday, September 28, to mark the first anniversary of the pro-democracy Umbrella movement, during which activists occupied streets in the city, beginning on September 26, 2014. These videos show activists gathered near Tim Mei Avenue and Harcourt Road, where large numbers of police attempted to manage the march and prevent the demonstration from spilling onto the streets.
