Aerial Footage of Oklahoma Flooding at Lake Texoma

Record rainfall in Oklahoma has caused severe flooding in the south of the state. At Lake Texoma, water flowed over the spillway, only the 4th time since it was built, according to KXII. The Governor of Oklahoma, Mary Fallin, and Texas congressman John Ratcliffe visited Lake Texoma on Wednesday, May 27 to meet with the US Army Engineers who were dispatched to monitor dams and floodgates.
