Baltimore Police: Case Turned Over to State's Attorney

Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts announced on April 30 that the investigation into the death of Freddie Gray had been handed over to the office of the State’s Attorney, stressing that investigations remain active and ongoing.
