Oct. 19 -- The Bank of Canada held the overnight rate steady at 0.5 percent, but sent the Canadian dollar sharply lower as Governor Stephen Poloz said the bank "actively" discussed the possibility of adding more monetary stimulus. Bloomberg's Pamela Ritchie reports on "Bloomberg Markets."
