Black Celebrities Turn Skin White in Election Campaign

Some of Britain’s most prominent black public figures turned their skin white as part of a campaign to encourage black and Asian voters to turn out to vote on May 7. In a striking video, Homeland star David Haewood, his face whitened, says “as soon as you register [to vote] they listen, you matter.”
