Clashes were reported between Palestinians and the Israeli police in East Jerusalem at the al Aqsa compound on July 24. The Israeli police had blocked all entry points to the Al Aqsa compound, forbidding access to men under the ago of 50, as they were on their way there to pray on the occasion of Laylat al Qard (Night of Destiny), as well demonstrate support for Palestinians in Gaza.
Israeli forces used used rubber bullets and tear gas according to the uploader, as demonstrators forced their way into the compound. Ma’an news agency reports 40 injuries.
