Cleanup Efforts Continue in Tbilisi Amid Tiger Attack

Severe flooding in Tbilisi, Georgia, triggered by heavy rains over the weekend, have killed at least 19 people, washing away homes and destroying roads. The deluge also devastated the capital’s zoo, killing many animals and allowing others to escape.
