The US Coast Guard rescued four people off the coast of North Carolina on February 14. This video shows one of the four people jumping from the sailboat before being hoisted by a Coast Guard helicopter. The guardsmen needed to rescue the boaters after the boat’s sails sustained heavy damage from high winds. A Navy helicopter crew was also on hand to assist, the Coast Guard said in a news release.
