Crowds Gather for Funeral of Security Officer Killed in Bardo Attack

Huge crowds gathered in the Tunis suburb of Fouchana on Thursday, March 19, for the funeral of a security officer who was killed in Wednesday’s attack on Bardo Museum. A member of Tunisia’s anti-terrorism squad (BAT), Aymen Morjane, 24, was killed in clashes during a rescue operation to free hostages taken by gunmen at the museum. The attack left 23 people dead, many of them foreign tourists.
