Deaths Confirmed as Small Plane Crashes in Akron, Ohio

At least two people have been killed after a light aircraft struck an apartment building before crashing to the ground and catching fire in Akron, Ohio, on November 10. The incident happened shortly before 3pm, with reports quoting eyewitnesses saying the aircraft may have struck an electrical wire before going down.

A statement by The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said the plane, a Hawker 25 business jet, was on its final approach to Akron Fulton International Airport when it crashed.
