Evacuation Orders Lifted as California's Butte Wildfire Nears Full Containment

California officials lifted evacuation orders at the Butte wildfire on September 24 as firefighters approachfull containment. Officials estimate full containment to be reached on October 1, according to the incident report. The wildfire has consumed 70,868 and is 89 percent contained.
