Flash Flooding Hits Corpus Christi for Second Day

Heavy rain triggered flash flooding in Corpus Christi, Texas, for the second day in a row on May 13. Many roads were closed due to flooding, which delayed an emergency response in one case, according to local media. Several schools also delayed opening. A flash-flood watch was in effect for the region until 3pm central time. Credit: Instagram/Kirk Hubble
