Florida Sinkhole That Swallowed Man in 2013 Reopens

A sinkhole that claimed the life of a man in 2013 reopened on August 19 in the town of Seffner, Florida. Aerial footage shared by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office shows the sinkhole, the site of which has been fenced off since the 2013 incident, in a field off Seffner’s Faithway Drive. In 2013, local resident Jeffrey Bush was killed when the sinkhole opened up and swallowed his home as he slept. His body was never recovered. Credit: YouTube/Hillsborough County Sheriff
