Fort Hood Holds Memorial Service for Slain Soldiers

President Barack Obama, accompanied by First Lady Michelle Obama, attended a memorial ceremony for the victims of the shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, on April 9. Four people were killed on April 2, when a Iraq veteran opened fire at the military post near Killeen, Texas. The gunman, 34-year-old Specialist Ivan Lopez, killed himself after fatally shooting three others.
