The child whose death sparked a 3D revolution
Naveed and Samiya's son, Diamo, was born severely disabled. He had cerebral palsy, was quadriplegic and had severe developmental delay. After their son died, Naveed and Samiya were inspired to develop a way to 3D scan and print light-weight, durable medical devices, such as spinal braces and deliver them in weeks as opposed to months or years via traditional routes. Although they've had their business ups and downs, their ambition stays the same. They aspire to spark a revolution in the orthotics industry to solve this problem for all children globally.
